Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of airapvideo.studio ("we", "us", "the service"). Read them together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Acceptable Use Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

What the service does

The studio helps you create short AI rap videos from photos, a chosen scene and an optional topic. You select the available video settings and review the credit cost before starting. A scene guides the visual style; it does not select a prerecorded song or guarantee a particular performance.

Your account

Sign in before purchasing. Keep your account credentials and private order links secure, and contact us if you suspect unauthorized activity. Provide accurate information and use only accounts and payment methods you are authorized to use.

You must be legally able to agree to these terms and make purchases where you live. If parental or guardian authorization is required, obtain it before using the service.

Prices, credits and purchases

Videos use credits. The total depends on the selected model, resolution and duration and is displayed before generation. Review that total before starting. Higher resolution and longer videos can use more credits.

One-time credit packs are single purchases and do not renew. Pack credits are valid for 365 days. Subscription credit amounts, billing intervals and applicable validity periods are shown with the selected offer. Check the pricing page and checkout for the current price, currency and billing terms.

Credits provide access to the service; they are not a bank balance or a cash equivalent. Payment refunds are handled separately under our Refund Policy. Do not purchase credits for resale or attempt to bypass credit limits.

Subscriptions and cancellation

Subscriptions renew automatically at the billing interval shown at checkout until canceled. Monthly plans provide credits after successful monthly payment. Yearly plans are charged for the full year and provide the displayed yearly credit balance upfront.

Manage or cancel your subscription from Billing in your account. A scheduled cancellation stops the next renewal while preserving access through the paid period, as shown in your billing details. Cancellation does not automatically refund earlier payments. Review your confirmation to check the effective cancellation date.

Failed generation and refunds

A failed generation does not cost credits. If a task is still processing or its outcome is unclear, check its saved status or contact support before submitting another request.

A completed video may contain imperfections. Reporting dissatisfaction does not automatically entitle you to a refund or free remake. For a failed task, missing credits, a payment concern or a completed-video issue, follow the Refund Policy and include your order or task reference. These terms do not exclude rights that applicable law gives you.

Photos and permission

Upload only content you have the right to use. Obtain permission from everyone featured to submit their photos for AI generation and to use the resulting video. Photos of minors require appropriate parent or guardian permission.

You are responsible for the names, topics and other details you submit. Do not upload sensitive material unrelated to the requested video. Our Privacy Policy explains how submitted information is processed.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service for deceptive impersonation, harassment, threats, exploitation, fraud or unlawful content. Do not infringe another person's privacy, likeness, copyright or trademark rights, or present a generated performance as a real event without appropriate context.

Do not access another person's account, evade safeguards, interfere with the service or use stolen payment details. We may reject requests or restrict access when necessary to address abuse or violations. See our Acceptable Use Policy for more detail.

Your content and generated videos

You retain the rights you already hold in your uploaded photos and other content. You permit us and the services involved in fulfilling your request to process, store and deliver that content as needed to provide the service and handle related support requests, as described in our Privacy Policy.

You may download and share your video subject to these terms, other people's rights and the rules of the platform where you publish. Review those rights before commercial use. We do not guarantee that AI output is unique, copyrightable or free of third-party claims. Generating a video does not give you rights to an artist's voice, recording, identity or brand.

AI results and availability

Facial resemblance, lyrics, pronunciation, timing and movement can vary. Exact words, voice cloning and reproduction of an existing song are not promised. Model choice, higher pricing or a reference demo does not guarantee a particular result. Review the entire video with sound before sharing, and disclose AI generation where required.

Processing time varies. Features may be temporarily unavailable, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or a fixed completion time. Contact support if you cannot access a purchased service or saved result.

Reference demos and independence

Third-party demos are identified as references, not customer work or videos made by this studio. Their inclusion does not imply ownership, endorsement or affiliation with the people, artists, labels or brands shown.

Responsibility and limitations

You are responsible for how you use and share submitted content and generated videos. We do not promise that a video will achieve a particular audience response, business result or level of accuracy. Nothing in these terms limits obligations or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms as the service changes and update the date above. Review the terms before new purchases or requests. Changes do not remove rights that applicable law gives you in relation to an existing purchase.
