AI rap video models: settings and credit costs

Compare Standard, Fast, Pro and Ultra by available resolution, clip length and actual credit cost, with worked examples for choosing your settings.

Last updated: 2026-10-24

Choosing a model is a budget and output decision. If you want a short vertical rap, start by checking the lowest-cost option that fits. If you need a 1080p export or a clip longer than 15 seconds, the supported settings narrow the choice for you.

Use the table to compare the settings you can select, then use the examples to estimate a video before spending credits. Facial resemblance, rap delivery and completion time can still vary with each request.

The available models and their credit costs

The table uses the same model settings and credit calculation as the creator. Costs below are for a 10-second clip. “Not available” means that combination cannot currently be selected in this studio; it is not a statement about every version of the model offered elsewhere.

Which option fits your video?

Standard: start with the smaller commitment

Standard uses Seedance 2.0 Mini and has the lowest credit cost in this creator. It is the first option to consider for a short greeting, a birthday joke or a friendship clip when you do not need a 1080p export. You can choose 480p or 720p and a duration up to 15 seconds.

Choose the photos and topic carefully before moving to a more expensive model. Extra credits cannot recover facial information missing from a blurred or covered face.

Fast: compare the price before switching

Fast uses Seedance 2.0 Fast. It offers the same selectable resolutions and maximum duration as Standard, at a higher credit cost. It is a separate generation option, rather than a resolution upgrade.

The name “Fast” does not promise a delivery deadline. If your only requirement is a larger image or a longer clip, this setting does not add those options over Standard. Check its total against your budget before choosing it.

Pro: the choice for selectable 1080p

Pro uses Seedance 2.0. It is the only model in the current creator with 1080p selectable, alongside 480p and 720p. Its maximum duration is 15 seconds.

Consider Pro when the requested export resolution matters to your project. A 1080p request costs substantially more than 720p. It increases the requested image resolution, not the certainty that every face, word or movement will be correct.

Ultra: when the clip needs more time

Ultra uses Seedance 2.5 and extends the selectable duration to 30 seconds. Available resolutions here are 480p and 720p. If your brief needs more time than a 15-second clip, this is the model that provides that option in our creator.

Do not choose Ultra solely because it is the highest-priced tier. For a brief birthday line, a shorter clip may already meet the goal. Decide what the added duration is for before increasing the budget.

How the total is calculated

Each model and resolution has a credit rate for 10 seconds. The cost scales with the chosen length and rounds up to a whole credit. For example, changing only the aspect ratio leaves the credit total unchanged; changing from 10 to 15 seconds increases it by half before rounding.

Worked examples: model, resolution and length all affect the total
SettingsCalculationTotal
Standard · 720p · 10s10 × 10 ÷ 1010 credits
Standard · 720p · 15s10 × 15 ÷ 1015 credits
Pro · 1080p · 10s100 × 10 ÷ 10100 credits
Ultra · 720p · 20s60 × 20 ÷ 10120 credits

These are service credits, not dollar prices. How much you pay for a balance depends on the pack or subscription you purchase. Compare the video total against your remaining balance; do not assume one pack always represents a fixed number of videos across every model.

Resolution, shape and duration solve different problems

Resolution sets the requested image detail. Use 480p when you deliberately want the lower credit cost; consider 720p for a higher-resolution phone-screen clip. Select 1080p on Pro if that output size is a requirement. Upscaling a low-quality source image is not the same as supplying a clearer portrait.

Shape determines composition. The creator offers 9:16, 1:1 and 16:9. A vertical video and a landscape video can have the same resolution setting but frame the two people differently. Choose the destination before generating to avoid an awkward crop later.

Duration sets how much performance you request. Keep the topic in proportion: one celebration fits a short clip more naturally than several unrelated stories. The creator displays the length choices supported by the selected model.

A quick decision checklist

  1. Decide where the video will be shown and choose its shape.
  2. Decide whether you need 1080p or more than 15 seconds; these requirements point to different models.
  3. Pick the shortest length that gives your idea enough room.
  4. Review the model, resolution and final credit total together before starting.
  5. After completion, review the actual saved video with sound before sharing.

A confirmed failed generation does not cost credits. A completed result you dislike is a different support case; read the Refund Policy for how to request a review. For photo and topic advice, continue with the step-by-step guide.
