Email support@airapvideo.studio for help with your account, a purchase or a video. You can also use the feedback icon at the bottom right of any page. If the form asks you to sign in and you cannot access your account, email is the direct alternative.

A useful message says what you were doing, what happened and what you expected. An order or task reference lets us investigate the right record without asking you to send the original photos again.

A video is processing, failed or has a problem

Include the task or support reference shown with the video, its current status and an approximate time you started it. If you are reporting a completed result, describe the part of the clip that is wrong—such as an extra person, a missing face or an audio problem. A timestamp helps more than “it does not work.”

If the task is still processing or the outcome is unclear, check its saved status before submitting again. A confirmed failed generation does not cost credits. If your balance appears wrong after a failure, include that in the same message. A completed video that does not meet your expectations is reviewed separately; see the Refund Policy.

Payments, credits, cancellation and refunds

For a purchase question, use the email associated with your account when possible. Include the order or receipt reference, the plan or pack name, the date and the amount shown on the receipt. Tell us whether the problem is a duplicate charge, missing credits, a renewal or a refund request.

You can manage a subscription from Billing. A scheduled cancellation stops future renewal on the date shown there; emailing a question is not the same as canceling. Check the confirmation if your renewal date is approaching.

Payment refunds and restored credits are different outcomes. If you want to request a payment refund, say so in your message and explain the reason. We review requests under the Refund Policy; a support submission does not automatically approve a refund.

You cannot sign in or find your purchase

Tell us the email you used and which sign-in method you tried. Include the wording of any visible error and whether you are using a phone or computer. If you used different email addresses for sign-in and payment, mention that so we can locate the relevant purchase.

Never send your password, a sign-in code or a password-reset link. Support may need to verify account ownership, but sharing a login secret is not a suitable way to do that. Do not create repeated accounts to work around an unresolved purchase problem.

A photo was used without permission, or you want data removed

Email support with the relevant task reference or a link to the content you are reporting. Explain whether you are requesting deletion, asking what information is stored or reporting use of your image without permission. Avoid attaching identity documents or more personal photos in the first message.

We may need to verify the relationship between the request and the account or content. The Privacy Policy explains data handling and possible retention needs. Closing a browser page or dismissing a task notice does not itself request deletion.

Example: a helpful task report

You can use this structure in an email or the feedback form. Replace the bracketed text with your own information; it is an example, not an actual customer report.

Subject: Video task still processing

Reference: [the task reference shown on the page]

What I did: Started a rap duo video with two separate portraits.

What happened: The task still shows [status] after I reopened the page. I have not submitted it again.

When: [date, approximate time and timezone]

What I need: Please check whether the task is still running and whether any action is needed.

If you attach a screenshot, crop out unrelated tabs, private messages, payment details and other people's information. Keep private order links out of public posts. Email support directly rather than publishing the information needed to access your order.

Before you make a new purchase

If you are unsure whether the creator suits your idea, ask about the requirement first. Useful questions include “Can I keep my own recording?”, “Can I specify every lyric?” or “Which option offers 1080p?” The workflow comparison and model guide answer those common decisions.

Keep a copy of your order or task reference. When you have more information about an existing request, reply in the same email thread so the details stay together.
