Privacy policy
How airapvideo.studio handles your photos, videos, account and payment information, and how to contact us about your data.
Last updated: 2026-10-24
This policy explains how airapvideo.studio ("we", "us") handles information when you browse the site, create an account, purchase credits, generate a video or contact support.
Information we collect
- Account information: your email address, name, profile image and sign-in information. If you use a third-party sign-in option, we receive the profile details that service shares with us.
- Creative content: photos you submit, your topic, selected scene and video settings, together with generation status and the resulting video. Selecting a photo in the creator does not by itself start generation.
- Purchase information: the selected product, payment amount and currency, order references, subscription status and credit transactions. Stripe processes card payments; our application does not collect your full card number or card security code.
- Support information: the subject and description of your request, any images you attach, and the account, order or task references needed to investigate it.
- Technical and usage information: session information, IP addresses, browser and device information, page visits and interactions such as choosing a photo or starting checkout. What is collected depends on the features and analytics enabled when you use the site.
How we use your information
We use information to sign you in, manage orders and subscriptions, maintain your credit balance, process video requests, show task status and provide access to results. We also use it to answer support requests, investigate errors, protect accounts, prevent abuse and understand how visitors use the site.
Only include personal details in a topic or support request when they are needed. Do not send passwords, payment card details, identity documents or unrelated sensitive images through feedback.
Photos and AI processing
Photos selected in the creator stay in your browser until you start generation. When you start, the photos, topic and relevant settings are sent for AI processing so the requested performance can be created. Generation involves third-party AI services, which receive the content needed to carry out the request.
Source photos, task information and generated media may be processed or stored while the request is handled, a result is made available or an issue is investigated. AI processing is not performed entirely on your device.
Third-party services have their own privacy and retention terms. This policy does not promise that every service has the same retention rules or model-training restrictions. Contact us before uploading if you need clarification about how a particular image will be handled.
Services that help us operate
We use service providers for the following purposes:
- AI processing: generating creative content from submitted photos, topics and settings.
- Payments: Stripe processes checkout and subscription payments and returns payment and billing status to us.
- Sign-in and email: enabled sign-in services help authenticate your account; email services deliver requested account messages and service notifications.
- Hosting, databases and media delivery: these services run the application and store or deliver account records, support attachments and media where those features are used.
- Website analytics: Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity and our site analytics service may collect page usage, device information and interactions when enabled. Clarity may capture session interaction data to help us understand usability problems.
These activities involve sharing information with the services needed for the relevant feature. A service may process information in a country different from your own.
Cookies and browser storage
We use cookies and similar storage to maintain sign-in sessions and support account features. Browser storage can also remember a saved video task or whether an event has already been counted. Analytics services may use their own cookies or identifiers.
You can manage cookies and site storage in your browser. Blocking or clearing them may sign you out, remove a locally saved task reference or affect site features. Browser privacy settings may also limit analytics collection.
Reference demos and shared links
Reference demos are third-party examples, rather than videos made by this studio. Loading a poster or playing a demo sends an ordinary request to its media host, which can receive your IP address and browser information.
Treat order links, video links and downloads as private. A person who receives a shareable media link or downloaded file may be able to view, save or redistribute it. Avoid posting private order links publicly.
How long information is kept
Retention depends on the information and its purpose. Account and task records support access to the service and investigation of problems; payment records may also be needed for accounting, dispute handling or legal obligations. Support attachments and messages are used to handle your request.
This policy does not promise a fixed automatic deletion period for every photo, generated video, backup or third-party copy. Closing a page or dismissing a task notice does not itself request deletion of stored records. Contact us if you want to ask what is retained or request removal.
Access, corrections and deletion requests
Email support@airapvideo.studio to request access to, correction of or deletion of information associated with your account. You can also use the feedback icon at the bottom right of any page or visit our contact page. Include the relevant order or task reference if available; do not attach more personal photos than necessary.
We may need to verify that a request concerns your own account or content before acting on it. Some records may need to be retained for security, accounting, dispute handling or applicable legal requirements. Information already shared with another service or downloaded by someone else may require a separate request to that recipient.
Photos of other people and minors
Upload another person's photo only with permission to use it for AI video generation. Do not use the service to impersonate, harass or deceive others. Photos of minors require appropriate parent or guardian permission.
If you believe your image has been used without permission, contact us with the relevant task or video reference and a description of the concern. Avoid supplying identity documents unless a suitable verification method has been agreed with support.
Security
We use account authentication and access controls to help protect service records. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Keep your sign-in details private and take care when sharing media or order links.
Changes and privacy questions
We will update this page when our practices change and revise the date above. For a question about this policy or a privacy request, email support@airapvideo.studio. You can also use the feedback icon or visit our contact page.
